What’s in your echo box?
When your Echo package arrives, everything you need to get started is neatly organised and ready to go — no fuss, no confusion.
Inside the box, you’ll find:
- Your hearing devices, carefully pre-programmed to your hearing needs
- Receivers and domes, tailored for comfort and performance. We will also provide spare sizes to provide full customisation.
- An otoscope / camera scope for easy at-home ear checks, send the images to our hearing specialist and we'll give you all the hearing advice you need.
- A simple guide on how to get started and connect with your TeleHear specialist - this to ensure we can perform a virtual first time fitting and provide remote care.
- Our first fitting device, a mobile device that allows us to conduct a virtual hearing test, access your hearing devices virtually to conduct a first fitting. All you simply do after the first fitting is post this back to us in the pre paid envelope.
- Contact details for ongoing support
- Unique to Echo we provide the echo digi device which will arrive fully paried to your new hearing devices, you use the device for the first time setup with our telecare experts. You do have the choice to keep the digi device for a small fee or we can pair your hearing devices to your own mobile device and you can send the echo digi device back to us via the free post envelope provided.
