How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed and your hearing needs are confirmed, your Echo hearing aids will typically be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Is delivery free?
Yes – standard delivery is completely free across both Ireland and the UK.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
We recommend someone be home to receive the delivery, as our packages are tracked and may require a signature for added security.

We currently deliver nationwide across Ireland and the UK.

Can I change my package later on?
Yes! If you find that you need a different type of hearing aid or want to adjust your subscription, we offer the flexibility to switch packages to better meet your needs. Contact our customer support team to make changes.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes! Our team is here to assist you with any questions or issues. Whether you need help choosing the right package, setting up your hearing aids, or adjusting the settings, we offer both online and phone support.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes – if you need to make changes or cancel, just contact us at support@echohearing.com as soon as possible. Once your order ships, we may not be able to make changes.

How does the subscription work?
Instead of purchasing hearing aids outright, you subscribe to one of our hearing packages. Each package includes hearing aids and access to TeleHear, our remote adjustment service, with a flexible monthly fee. No large upfront costs!
How do I choose the right hearing package?
We offer seven different hearing packages to suit various hearing needs. You can compare the different types of hearing aids included in each package, and choose the one that works best for your lifestyle. Our team is also available to assist with recommendations.
What’s included in an Echo hearing package?
Each Echo package includes a high-quality hearing aids, access to TeleHear – our remote adjustment and support service – a charging kit (if rechargeable), cleaning tools, and a user guide.
