How it works
Selecting a hearing plan and starting your journey to better hearing couldn't be easier, check out the steps below.

Step 1
Take your time to look over our hearing plans and decide which one best suits your lifestyle, after choosing your desired plan add to cart and upload your audiogram, this can be from our hearscreen system or one you have from a audiologist.

Step 2
Wait for your devices to arrive, orders placed before 2pm monday - friday should be with you in 2 Business days, Once your hearing devices have arrived take them out the box and turn on, we send 3 sets of receivers in the box, please try all the options and choose which receivers suits your ear shape best, if you feel like none of the receivers fit correctly please contact us and we'll send a few more options.

Step 3
Once you are happy with how the hearing aids are sitting on or in your ears, go onto the echo website and book in your first consultation, during this remote call we will connect to the hearing aids and do a hearing test finalising all the little details so your hearing perfect.

Step 4
Go try them out and enjoy hearing the world again! and don't worry if you find your having any sort of difficulty with the hearing devices you can book in a consultation with the echo hearing experts at any time and they'll do their very best to get you hearing right again.

Step 5
If in the future you would like to change to a different plan that's fine you can upgrade at any time and use the amount you've already paid towards the new set.
